Journey to Freedom helps women HEAL their relationship with food and their body.
This program uses Intuitive Eating, yoga and mindset coaching.
These tools teach students not only what diet culture is, but more importantly, how to BREAK FREE from it. You will learn the exact steps to EAT INTUITIVELY so you never again desire a diet or rigid set of rules. Students learn how to BEFRIEND and REBUILD TRUST with their body, learning how to hear and respond to internal cues such as hunger and fullness.
By the end of this program you will come to a place of PEACE and EASE with both food and your body.
